LOPCOS is the merge between a classic trophy and the typical blob structure of Nick Ervinck. The trophy almost looks organic. The upper part seems to grow out of the classic pedestal. LOPCOS also refers to the so called god statues. From the research on the Jupiter column, a series of small god statues came into being. This sculpture isn't part of that serie but has a lot of resemblances. The status of the yellow part gets raised by putting it on the pedestal but instead of standing proud, the blob seems melted. This way the artist created a very atypical trophy.
